Career
Christophe Rouvinez was born in 1965. After his PhD in theoretical physics at the EPFL he began his career in finance in 1995 with Credit Suisse in Zurich. After a stay in London he took over market risk consolidation in 1998 at Credit Suisse First Boston in Zurich. In 2000 he moved as partner to Capital Dynamics in Zug, where he set up new and attractive private equity structures due to his innovative work. In 2007 he joined Horizon21 in Pfäffikon, where he took over the Chief Risk Officer position at the beginning of 2010. In 2011 he was appointed as CEO of Müller-Möhl Group.
Christophe Rouvinez is author of numerous publications on risk management and on alternative assets.

Career
Carolina Müller-Möhl was born in Zurich in 1968. Since 2000, she has been President of the Müller-Möhl Group, which is a single family office. From 1999 to 2000, she was Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Müller-Möhl Holding AG. After gaining her International Baccalaureate at the Salem International College Upper School in Germany, she studied politics, history and law at Heidelberg University and at the Otto-Suhr Institute of Political Science at the Freie Universität Berlin, graduating with a Master's Degree in Political Science. She went on to complete further studies at the London School of Economics and at the Europa-Institut of the University of Basel. Today, alongside her various Board of Director memberships, Carolina Müller-Möhl is also highly committed to addressing socio-political concerns. Her particular focus in this regard is on education policy and gender issues.

Career
Edda Katan was born in Olten in 1940. Since 1975, she has been working at a group practice as a therapist for individuals, couples and families.
In addition, Edda runs her own company specialising in consultancy, coaching and supervision (CCI). Since 1978, she has been running further development seminars and courses for doctors, psychologists and teachers. Edda worked as a lecturer at HAP (Hochschule für Angewandte Psychologie Zurich), at Pro Juventute and at Pestalozzianum Zurich. For several years, she was also a member of various executive boards (business and healthcare).
Following her basic training as a librarian, Edda worked as a librarian and television editor. In 1974, she completed her second degree in psychology at HAP (Hochschule für Angewandte Psychologie Zurich) acquiring the additional title of psychotherapist with Swiss SPV/SBAP professional qualifications. From 2005 to 2007 she passed a Masterprogram of Advanced Studies in Applied History at University of Zurich.

Since 1st October 2011, Dr. Felix R. Ehrat is the Global General Counsel of the Basel-based Novartis-Group and responsible for the global legal affairs of the Group. Before, he was an attorney-at-law and partner in the Zurich-based law firm Bär & Karrer Ltd.; he subsequently became Senior Partner and Chairman of the firm. He studied at the Universities of Zurich and Lausanne, gained his LL.M. degree from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento/California and has work experience in law firms in the U.S. and Italy. He was born in Schaffhausen/Switzerland in 1957.
His legal practice focused on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly acted as an arbitrator in international proceedings. He is a member of several professional national and international associations.
Felix has a significant experience as Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of listed and non-listed companies in Switzerland and abroad.

Career
Professor Peter Forstmoser, born 1943, studied at Zurich University (gaining his doctorate in 1970) and at the Harvard Law School (gaining his LL.M. in 1972).
In 1971, he became an attorney and lecturer (Privatdozent). From 1974 to 2008, he was tenured Professor of Private, Commercial and Capital Market Law at Zurich University's faculty of Law and Political Science. Since 1975, he has been a partner of the Zurich-based law firm Niederer Kraft & Frey.
Peter is either chairman, vice-chairman or a member of various boards, among them Hesta AG, Zug, Mikron Holding AG, Biel, PSP Swiss Property AG, Zug, and AFIAA Investment AG, Zurich. From 2000 to 2009, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Swiss Re. He is a member of various foundation boards and, in particular, has been Vice President of the Gebert Rüf Foundation since its formation in 1997.
Peter has published numerous works, in particular on company law and specifically on stock corporation law as well as on capital market law. From 1973-2000, he was editor of the Swiss Lawyers' Review.

Mr. Benelli is an independent consultant and president of the SFAA (Swiss Financial Analyst Association). He studied at the Economic Institute of the University of Bern and Rochester NY. From 1982 to 1988, he worked for UBS Zurich in the research group, in the area of financial analysis and fund management. He joined Bank Leu in 1988, where he was head of the Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management service center as Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Between January 1998 and the end of 1999 he was a member of the Executive Board and head of the Investment Office/Institutional Investment Services. From 2000 to 2003 he was member of the Group Executive Board and CIO at Swiss Re, responsible for asset management. In November 2003 he joined Bank Vontobel as CIO and Member of Group Executive Board. In July 2008 he founded Benelli Consulting, which advises banking, insurance and institutional clients. He is member of different Boards of Directors and published in various journals.
